Turen Eggum – Unstad er flott å gå i midnattssol. Fra Eggum følger man den gamle kjerreveien som etter ett stykke går over til sti. Stien følger først kyststripa, men strekker seg senere oppover i lia. Turen kan ved enkelte steder være noe bratt og glatt i fuktig vær, spesielt i de steinete partiene. Det er også mulig å gå ruten motsatt vei, fra Unstad til Eggum.

Delpsheia is located on the northerns side of Austvågøy. Here you will be hiking in the midnight sun, all the way to the top. From Delpsheia you can also continue on the ridge going towards Matmora.
